Jaipur: Advocate Ansar Indouri has been appointed State Convener for Rajasthan by the All India Lawyers Association for Justice (AILAJ). The announcement was made by Advocate Mukesh, National Co-convener of AILAJ.

AILAJ is a national organization comprising lawyers and law students dedicated to challenging the current legal system and striving for justice by pushing the boundaries of the law. The association works at the national level to uphold constitutional and democratic values, with a strong focus on defending human rights, civil liberties, and social justice.

Advocate Mukesh emphasized the urgent need to protect the fundamental rights of citizens in light of ongoing attacks on human rights and civil liberties across the country. He underscored the importance of legal battles to safeguard the rights of those affected by such injustices, stressing that collective legal action is crucial to addressing the contemporary challenges facing social, economic, civil, and political rights.

The organization also aims to bring together members of the legal community to combat inequality, discrimination, and prejudice. In addition to its advocacy for social justice, AILAJ is committed to promoting the welfare of lawyers and law students.

AILAJ has established committees in several states, including Karnataka, Odisha, Delhi, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand, working collectively to address issues of national importance.

The appointment of Advocate Ansar Indouri as the State Convener is seen as a pivotal step in furthering the organization’s mission in Rajasthan.
