A blood donation camp was successfully organized in Shahdara, Delhi on October 2. About 200 people came forward to donate blood. Among the donors were Khurshid Alam, Ameer-e-Maqami of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Loni Unit, and Dr. Bilal Ahmed, area convener of Society for Bright Future (SBF) in Loni. Both played a significant role by donating blood and promoting JIH Women’s Wing’s ongoing campaign, “Morality is Freedom.” They distributed pamphlets and booklets to the women present, spreading awareness about the importance of moral values and ethical freedom.
The event was a significant success. The organizers praised the efforts of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, acknowledging its commitment to promoting morality, justice, freedom, and brotherhood. The blood donation camp aligned with Jamaat’s broader mission of uplifting society through ethical values, community engagement, and social justice.
During the event, the organizers were introduced to the extensive work of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, which focuses on building a morally upright society by emphasizing the importance of freedom grounded in ethical principles. The SBF plays a vital role in disaster management, working on rescue operations and rehabilitation efforts during natural calamities.
The camp saw a total attendance of around 300 people, including both donors and organizers. Each participant was provided with a pamphlet detailing Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s mission and the various initiatives undertaken by the organization to serve society. The organizers, impressed by the work of JIH and SBF, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the blood donors and appreciated the significant contributions of Jamaat to the cause of moral and social justice.
The blood donation camp not only facilitated a noble cause but also provided an opportunity to further spread awareness about JIH initiatives, emphasizing the necessity of moral values in achieving true freedom in society.
