Gulbarga: The Central Seerath Committee, Gulbarga released a booklet on the exaltation and love of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in light of the Quran to mark the sixth consecutive Seerath Quiz Competition here Tuesday. The booklet will be provided for all intending participants in Urdu and English as well, said Dr. Mohammed Asghar, president of the Seerath Committee.
Around 3,000 students are likely to take part in the competition this year. Cash prizes will be presented to the winners and consolation prizes to all the participants amounting to two lakh rupees, he said.
The motive of the Committee is to promote religious knowledge and understanding in the student community and popularise the message of the Holy Prophet in general, he said. Two other NGOs, Seerath Study and Research Centre and All India Milli Council are other co-organisers of the quiz competition, he added.
