Aligarh: The recruitment fair for female students, PARWAAZ 2.0, organised by the Training and Placement Office (General), Aligarh Muslim University concluded at the Women’s College auditorium, with Prof. Mohd. Mohsin Khan (Finance Officer, AMU) as the chief guest and Prof. Naseem Ahmad Khan (Chairman, Department of Social Work, AMU) as the guest of honour.
Addressing the valedictory programme, Prof Mohsin Khan appreciated the initiative for organising placement drives for female students, while Prof Naseem A Khan highlighted the importance of such platforms in fostering professional empowerment for women.
According to a report from the TPO, 18 companies participated in the recruitment fair and offered job opportunities to over 70 female students across various sectors.
The TPO said it is committed to play an important role in bringing good career opportunities to the university students and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
