Aligarh: Dr Ziauddin Ahmad Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University organised a series of sports events under the Fit India Week celebrations, aimed at fostering fitness awareness and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the students and faculty members.
Held under the leadership and guidance of the Principal, Prof. R.K. Tewari and Prof. N.D. Gupta, the events included 100-meter race, tic-tac, chess, table tennis, and carom, tug-of-war and a cricket match, which witnessed active participation from faculty members, residents and undergraduate students.
The sports activities were supervised by the sports secretaries of the College Society, Zubaida and Kaif, under the stewardship of Sports Committee In-charge, Prof. G.S. Hashmi and the Programme Coordinator, Dr Syed Amaan Ali.
