Aligarh: Seven students of the University Polytechnic, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), have successfully secured job offers during two placement drives organised by the polytechnic’s Training and Placement Cell.
Dr. Mohd Faisal Khan, the Training and Placement Officer (TPO), informed that Water Seal Company LLC, UAE, conducted an on-campus placement drive for Diploma in Civil Engineering graduates. Following comprehensive interview sessions by company representatives, six students – M. Arish, Abdul Qadeer, Faizan Mustafa, Mohd Abid, Nasir Ali, and Mohd Shehzil – received job offers for various positions.
In a separate online placement drive, Mohd Juned Jilani, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering graduate, was offered a position by Energia Solutions, UAE.
Prof. Arshad Umar, Principal of University Polytechnic, congratulated the successful candidates and lauded the sustained efforts of Dr. Mohd Faisal Khan in facilitating quality job opportunities for students.
