Basmath: Taking a significant step toward providing advanced medical facilities for women’s health, the Mamta Maternity & Nursing Home was inaugurated at New Doctors Lane, Mangalwar Bazaar, Basmath, Hingoli. The inauguration ceremony witnessed a large gathering of distinguished guests and local residents.
The nursing home will be managed by Dr. Amreen Junaid Pasha (MBBS, DGO), first Muslim gynecologist in Basmath. With her extensive experience in Mumbai, she has served as a specialist for Muslim women and now brings her expertise to serve the women of Basmath.
During the inaugural address, Varshatai Chandrakant Nawghare emphasised the importance of this facility for the people of Basmath, calling it a significant medical advancement for the area. Chandrakant alias Raju Nawghare, MLA of Basmath, also attended the event and conveyed his heartfelt wishes. Special Guest Jayprakash Dandegaonkar, former minister of Maharashtra State, recognised the nursing home as a milestone for women’s healthcare in the region and praised the efforts of Dr. Amreen and her team.
During the event, the dignitaries commended the modern medical facilities provided by the Nursing Home, including maternity services, delivery operations, and treatments for gynaecological disorders. The attendees expressed their joy, stating that this hospital will play a crucial role in addressing women’s health issues.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Amreen and Dr. Junaid Pasha, who expressed their gratitude to the honoured guests and reaffirmed their commitment to delivering the best healthcare services to the people of Basmath.
