Sadbhav Manch Distributes Fruits to Under-Trial Prisoners in Beawar Sub-Jail During Ramadan

Beawar: On the occasion of Ramadan, Sadbhav Manch, Beawar, distributed fruits to under-trial prisoners at Beawar Sub-Jail. The group also provided iftar essentials to Muslim inmates observing the fast.
Dr. Javed Hussain from Sadbhav Manch spoke about the significance of Ramadan. He said fasting teaches self-restraint and helps individuals avoid evil. He emphasized that most crimes occur due to anger or intoxication. Overcoming these can reduce crime in society. Fasting, he added, helps in controlling these vices. He also stressed the importance of helping the poor, widows, orphans, and the needy during Ramadan.
Sadbhav Manch convener Ramesh Yadav also addressed the gathering. He noted that fasting exists in every religion, teaching discipline and self-control. He pointed out that just as inmates live together in jail peacefully, society should also embrace harmony. He prayed for the release of under-trial prisoners so they can reunite with their families and live peacefully.
Jailor Ashok Pareek expressed gratitude for the event. The gathering included Sadbhav Manch co-convener Mumtaz Ali and members Dr. Arvind Mathur and Ramesh.
