Aligarh: The Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University, organised a felicitation ceremony to honour the students of the Project Management class, a key component of the Operations specialisation offered under the General MBA programme. The event brought together faculty members, students, and special guests to celebrate the academic achievements and practical skills acquired during the course.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest, Professor Mohammad Shameem, Chairman of the Department of TB and Chest Diseases, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, highlighted the crucial role of efficient management across sectors, especially in healthcare. Citing the challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, he emphasised that many of them could have been mitigated with stronger management practices. He lauded the efforts of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in successfully conducting clinical trials during the crisis and stressed the importance of organised coordination in emergency response. He encouraged the MBA students to make full use of their training, stay proactive in seeking meaningful opportunities, and wished them success in their future professional journeys.

Underscoring the dynamic and experiential nature of management education, the course incorporated interactive learning tools such as business simulation games to develop decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
