Dr. Sameena Ahmad, Assistant Professor, highlighted the significance of a balanced diet, especially foods rich in iron, in maintaining menstrual health and overall well-being.
A Q&A session followed, where students and female teachers interacted with the team of doctors to clarify their concerns. The event was also addressed by the founder of the school, Mr. Nizam Malik, and concluded with the distribution of certificates by the Principal, Mr. Rizwan.
