The facility was built using MLA Zahid Beg’s local area development fund for 2023-24. Beg unveiled the plaque at the ceremony and stressed the importance of education for all children, regardless of gender.

As part of the event, an Islamic quiz competition was held with participation from 300 students representing different madrasas. The contest highlighted academic interest among young learners, especially girls.

Maryam Sufiyan from Islamic School Jalalpur secured the first prize. Jannat Sagir, also from Jalalpur, came second, while Jasmin Bano placed third. From Madrasa Taleemul Jadeed, Rafat Amina won fourth place and Musarrat Jahan finished fifth. MLA Beg’s wife, Seema Beg, distributed awards to the winners.

In his address, Zahid Beg said education is a right for every child and urged parents to provide equal opportunities to sons and daughters. He noted that investment in education strengthens both families and society.

The function was attended by community leaders including Haji Shahid Hussain Ansari, Ejaz Ansari, Maulana Abdussamad Jitai, and Maulana Razzab Ali. The program was presided over by Madrasa Principal Hafiz Ashhab.
