It’s so surprising, how the masses get brainwashed by lies and propaganda. This tool has been used ever and ever again by the dictators to gather support of the public to further their evil intentions and Genocidal intent against helpless civilians.
Firaun (Pharaoh) used propaganda against the enslaved people of ‘Bani Israel’, and made sure that the people were on his side when persecuting the poor people.
Hitler did the same in the Nazi regime. He convinced his people that the economic setback you are facing is due to the Jews, who are settled down in our land, and are exploiting us economically. And thus they should be exterminated. This led to the Holocaust of WW-II.
People have come out on the streets demanding a permanent ceasefire in all major countries. Washington DC has seen massive protests, never seen before in recent times. And, the United Kingdom, a ‘yes minister’ to America, has also seen huge demonstrations, people spilling out on the streets, demanding the end to the massacre of civilians in Palestine.
Many countries around the world are standing up in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Israel and the US are getting more and more isolated in worldview.
There are demonstrations in Israel too, but with a difference. There the people are staging protests every weekend to release the Hostages, who are still captives in Gaza. They are unhappy with the current, far-left government in their failure to release the captives. Now the so-called war against Hamas, has entered its 6th month, but no deal yet in exchange of prisoners.
The ongoing Genocide of Palestinian people in Gaza, which even the UNSC could not halt despite the majority of countries calling for a ceasefire all thanks to one single country the US that vetoes it every time.
But what is surprising and appalling is that the majority of Israelis are not concerned with the plight of the Palestinian people. When interviewed, the common man on the streets is justifying the onslaught of Gazans. They have been brainwashed since centuries, that the whole of Palestine is their promised land. They are told from day one, that non-Jews are like animals, and that the Jews are the true humans. The Zionist lobby, though not a religious body, quotes Taurah to carry on their act of ‘Ethnic cleansing’.
With this kind of mindset, it’s very difficult to have a lasting solution to live side by side as good neighbours.
The only hope, a silver lining in the darkest of clouds, would be, when Zionism is defeated. For this very ideology is taking the whole of its own people towards disaster. And other countries are being pulled in, sparking fears of widespread regional conflict, which might lead to WW-III.
