AIITA Hosts Teachers Training Workshop in Jaipur

Jaipur: The Rajasthan unit of the All India Ideal Teachers Association (AIITA) organized a Teachers Training Workshop in Jaipur. It was attended by 120 teachers from ten schools. The event was held at the Islamic Center and focused on professional growth, ethics, and improving teaching skills as per NEP 2020.

The workshop started at 10:30 AM. Mohammad Abid Khan convened the first session. The program began with a Qur’an recitation. Mohammad Ansar, President of the Jaipur Unit, gave the welcome speech. He urged teachers to join AIITA and support its mission.

Mohammad Nazimuddin, President of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Rajasthan, gave a spiritual talk. A session introduced AIITA’s aims and activities.

Khalid Akhtar, AIITA State President, gave a useful lecture on “Classroom Management.” He shared ways to improve discipline and teaching quality. Mohammad Farid, Secretary of MTB, New Delhi, spoke next. His topic was “How to Develop Professional Skills in Teaching as per NEP 2020.” He explained key features of NEP and the teacher’s role.

Sharique Ansar, Secretary of the Human Welfare Foundation, New Delhi, gave a talk on “Effective Teaching-Learning Methods.” He focused on creative techniques to make learning engaging.

The afternoon session began with Abdul Hameed convening. Khalid Akhtar detailed AIITA’s mission, policies, and programs. Sharique Ansar gave a one-hour talk on “Teacher’s Ethics and Professionalism.” He urged teachers to be ethical, dedicated, and professional.

Mohammad Tahir, Vice President of Jama Masjid Jaipur, led an interactive activity that energized the participants.

Teachers shared their innovative teaching ideas. They also joined a question-answer session and gave helpful suggestions, making the workshop lively and interactive.

AIITA announced the “Ideal Teachers Awards” at unit and state levels to honor excellent educators.

The program ended with a touching speech and dua by Mohammad Nazimuddin. He encouraged teachers to stay committed to ethics and education. A vote of thanks closed the event.

Tahir Azad also spoke about the importance of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in teaching.

The workshop enriched knowledge and inspired teachers to be more committed to their roles. AIITA’s effort was a major step towards quality education and ethical teaching.
