AIITA Rajasthan Holds Teachers Training Program in Mangrol

Mangrol (Baran): The Mangrol unit of the All India Ideal Teachers Association (AIITA), in collaboration with the Holistic Education Board, Rajasthan, organized a one-day teacher training program. The event aimed to equip teachers for 21st-century challenges and align with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The session began with a recitation of Tazkir bil Quran by Mohammad Irfan. His soulful presentation set a spiritual and thoughtful tone for the day.
Atiqur Rahman, Secretary of the HRD Department, addressed the gathering. He spoke about the challenges modern teachers face. He stressed the need for innovation and adaptability in teaching.
Mohammad Farid, Secretary of the Central Talimi Board, delivered a talk on “NEP 2020 and Teachers’ Responsibilities.” He explained the key features of the policy. He also discussed how teachers can align with NEP’s holistic and inclusive goals.
Khalid Akhtar, AIITA Rajasthan State President, shared his views on AIITA’s role. He said such organizations protect teachers’ interests. He emphasized AIITA’s dedication to professional growth and modern education.
Irfan Khan, President of AIITA’s Mangrol Unit, gave the vote of thanks. He appreciated everyone’s participation. A total of 45 teachers attended, including 10 women.
The event ended after a lunch session. Participants left with fresh insights and improved skills.
This training served as a valuable platform. It encouraged discussions on current education issues and enhanced teaching methods. It also reflected AIITA’s mission to build a dynamic and future-ready teaching community.
