New Delhi: The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has issued a clarification regarding misinformation circulating on social media and in certain newspapers concerning the number of emails sent to the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC). According to these reports, the JPC allegedly received only 84 lakh emails.
In response, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Fazlur Rahim Mujaddidi, General Secretary of AIMPLB, has firmly stated that these reports are incorrect. He emphasized that the JPC has not yet released any official data regarding the number of emails received. He urged the public not to believe or spread inaccurate information that could create confusion.
The AIMPLB further appealed to the public to refrain from sharing unverified information, reiterating the importance of waiting for official data from the JPC to avoid any misunderstanding.
