Hyderabad: The All India Unani Tibbi Congress (AIUTC) Telangana State organised its 129th mega free Unani, Hijama and Medical Camp at Al Hira (Priyadarshini) High School, Katora Houz, Golconda Fort here Sunday. The camp was presided over by Dr. A.A. Khan, State President of AIUTC Telangana State.
In this camp, senior Unani doctors and Hakeems of National Research Institute of Unani Medicine for Skin Disorders, Erragadda, examined the patients and distributed free Unani medicines among them.
A large number of patients suffering from paralysis, facial paralysis, joint pain, kidney and bladder stones, liver diseases, lungs and nose diseases, asthma, stomach and kidney diseases, piles, constipation, women’s diseases, nervous weakness, viral fever, general weakness, amnesia, coryza, and other diseases benefited from the camp.
Chief Guests Prof. Dr. Mushtaque Ahmad, AIUTC National President and former Director NRIUMSD; and Dr. Yunus Iftikhar Munshi, Director NRIUMSD offered shawls and certificates to all the doctors and Hakeems participating in the camp. They also congratulated all of them on successfully holding such mega camps. Mr. Vanam Mahender, Telangana State President of Bhim Army Azad Samaj Party also participated in the camp.
The entire management and supervision of the mega camp was led by Hakeem Muhammad Husamuddin Talath, AIUTC General Secretary. Dr. Ghulam Ahmad Iqbal, Patron of AIUTC Telangana State, oversaw the camp. Hafiz Hakeem Feroz Ahmad, Correspondent Al Hira (Priyadarshini) High School provided space for the camp in the school premises, for which he was warmly thanked.
