Akhilesh Yadav Calls for Ousting BJP to Ensure Social Justice

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party chief and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has said that removing the BJP from power is essential to establish social justice and end growing injustices in the state. Addressing party leaders and workers from different districts at the party headquarters, he accused the BJP of delivering only hardship to the people during its rule.

Yadav alleged that the BJP government has misused laws to frame innocents in false cases and played with the Constitution. He said education and healthcare systems have been destroyed, while GST has been made complicated, creating hurdles for businesses. He further criticized the government for ignoring jobs and employment, adding that outsourcing is not a permanent solution.

Raising questions on demonetization, he asked what benefit it had brought to the country. He also highlighted the lack of development in Varanasi, the Prime Minister’s constituency, which recently witnessed severe flooding. Yadav said the BJP had failed to increase power generation during its nine years in office and had not built a single new power plant.

He maintained that the people no longer trust the BJP, while confidence in Samajwadi Party’s policies remains strong. He promised that under his party’s governance, social justice will prevail and every community will receive dignity and fair treatment.
