Unani Congress Doctors Ensure Thorough Check-ups and Provide Appropriate Medications to Patients: Dr. Syed Ahmed Khan
New Delhi, Sep 1: Under the Unani Upchar Janta Ke Dwar Mission 2025 initiative, the All India Unani Tibbi Congress (AIUTC) organized its 92nd free Unani medical camp at Seelampur Sheet Market, hosted at the office of Congress leader Riazuddin Raju. The camp was inaugurated by Chaudhary Zubair Ahmed, President of Babarpur District Congress Committee, who praised the benefits that the public has been receiving through these free medical camps. He noted that Unani medicine, which many have used for years, continues to be trusted because it effectively targets the root cause of diseases.
Dr. Syed Ahmed Khan, General Secretary of AIUTC, highlighted the significance of the event, stating that nearly 300 patients were examined at the camp. A majority of patients were suffering from conditions such as fatty liver, seasonal fevers, joint pain, back pain, and diabetes. Free medications were provided, along with advice on maintaining good health. Dr. Khan emphasized that all doctors associated with the Unani Congress conduct thorough check-ups and prescribe suitable treatments to the patients.
Prominent social activist Advocate Shah Jabeen Qazi also attended the camp. She congratulated the entire team for successful organization of the event and stressed the importance of caring for each other’s health in today’s world, a responsibility that the Unani Congress is fulfilling admirably.
The camp also featured ECG services provided by Dr. Gulfam and Dr. Muzaffar. Other contributing doctors included Dr. Altaf, Dr. Shakeel Ahmad Meerathi, Dr. Zakiuddin, Dr. Mohammad Arif Saifi, Israr Ujjaini, Hakim Aftab Alam Khan, Hakim Ataur Rahman Ajmali, Imran Qanoji, Hakim Murtaza Dehlvi, Dr. Naeem Khan, Hakim Anwar Javed, Nazeer Ahmad, along with Shahzan, Hafiz Affan, Sadiq Khan, Nazeer Ahmad, and Manazir, who all played a crucial role in making the camp a success.
