Aligarh: Dr Ale Imran, Assistant Professor, Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, has been awarded the Best Poster Presentation Award for his work on “Interpretive Structural Modelling to Analyse Financial Determinants in Rooftop Solar PV Adoption” at the 5thIEEE International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Future Electric Transportation, hosted by Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur.
The four-day conference brought together speakers and participants from leading universities in India and abroad. This marks the third time Dr Imran has received a Best Paper or Presentation award for his research in Renewable Energy Entrepreneurship, with earlier honours at international conferences hosted by Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in 2024 and 2023, respectively.
The paper was co-authored by Dr Asif Akhtar, Department of Business Administration, and Prof Mohd Rihan, Department of Electrical Engineering, AMU, and Director-General, National Institute of Solar Energy, Gurgaon.
Prof Mohammad Muzammil, Principal, Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, congratulated the authors on their achievement.
