Aligarh: The Hadi Hasan Hall, Aligarh Muslim University organised a Badminton Tournament, Shuttlers’ Fest-2024, for the university students, including the resident members of the hall.
Mohammad Aman and Shreya won the winners’ title in the singles, while the pair of Aamir and Yawar won the winners’ title in the doubles match.
Mohammad Aman defeated Mohammad Shahzeb 2-1 in the men’s singles match, while in the women’s singles match, Shreya defeated Anika 2-1. In the doubles match, the pair of Aamir and Yawar defeated Aman and Shahzeb, 2-1.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Jameel Ahmed, President, Gymkhana Club, gave away prizes to the winners.
Earlier, Prof Mohammad Athar Ansari, Provost of the Hall, welcomed the guests, and Altamash and Aman extended cooperation in organising the event.
