The ninth volume of Maqalat-e-Sir Syed compiled by Maulana Muhammad Ismail Panipati and five books topics related to G-20 published by Sir Syed Academy, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) were released at the international conference organized by Sir Syed Academy.
The Academy has published the ninth volume of Maqalat after editing and corrections, which contains 45 articles by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan on topics such as the Islamic world, Turkey and Greece, the civilization of the Turks, the Sultanate of Rome and the Muslims of India, the Sheikhul-Islam of Turkey, the country of Yemen, the issue of England, Russia and Turkey, donations for the orphans and the injured Turks, the marriage period law, the riot of Khurja, Oudh Akhbaar and Munshi Ghulam Muhammad Khan, revision of Sharia rules, generosity of Lord Northbrook, new civilization, the reality and virtues of Ascension, etc.
The books were released by the Secretary of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Mr. Saurabh Garg IAS, Mr. Rohit Bansal of Reliance Industries and AMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Mohammad Gulrez, along with AMU Registrar Mr. Mohammad Imran IPS, Director of Sir Syed Academy Prof. Ali Mohammad Naqvi and Deputy Director of Sir Syed Academy Dr. Mohammad Shahid.
The other books released on the occasion include “G20: Taaruf, Tareekh aur Tajziya” by Dr. Asad Faisal Farooqui, “G20 aur Afkar-e- Sir Syed” by Dr. Muhammad Nasir, “Group of Twenty: An Introduction” by Muhammad Rahat Hasan, “India’s G20 Presidency, Rise of India as a Global Power” by Muhammad Rahat Hassan, and “G20: An Outline of Religion and Culture” (English) by Faiyaz Haider.
