Baran, Rajasthan, July 1: Anjuman Ittihad-e-Bahmi Zila Baran organized an education conference and award program at Panchayat Jamaat Khana Shyopuriyan Baran on Sunday. The event aimed to honor meritorious students and encourage others to pursue education.
The program attracted a large number of students, parents, teachers, and community leaders. The chief guests included Qazi Zubair Ahmed, Shahar Qazi Kota; Engineer Ejaz Ahmed, Superintendent Engineer, Water Resources Department Kota; Jafiruddin Iqbal, Deputy Director General, Geological Survey of India; Dr. Ashfaq NTPC Anta; and Dr. Majid Malik Commando, Founder Chairman Bharat Mata College Kishanganj.
During the ceremony, 113 students from secondary classes who secured more than 75% marks were felicitated with mementos and certificates. In senior secondary classes, 85 students who secured more than 80% marks were also honored. Top three students in each category were presented with cash prizes.
In secondary class, Alina Khan, daughter of Sajid Khan Nahargarh, secured the third position with 93.17% marks. Rehan Gauri, son of Usman Gani Attar, secured the second position with 96.50% marks, while Mannat, daughter of Shahzad Khan Kelwara, secured the first position with 97.33% marks.
In senior secondary class, Ilma Ansari, daughter of Momul Haq Baran, secured the third position with 94.60% marks. Alima Mansoori, daughter of Shahzad Mohammad Nahargarh, secured the second position with 95.60% marks, while Iram Alvira, daughter of Azad Ali Baran, secured the first position with 95.80% marks.
Seven students who completed Quran Hafiz course this session from Madarsa Furqan Baran were also honored with dastarbandi, shawl, and certificates.
The event featured speeches by chief guests, who emphasized the importance of education and urged the students to continue their studies with dedication.
Distinguished guests, including Nizamuddin Chhabra, Majid Saleem (Sadar Madarsa Anjuman Islamia Baran), Mohammad Siddiq Kapdewale, Rasool Mohammad Ansari (newly elected Sadar Eidgah Anta), Haji Shabbir Mohammad (former District Minority Officer Baran), Haji Liaqat Ali Mew Bhanwargarh, and Javed Rais (District President Raqma) were present at the program. The event was conducted by Abid Hussain Ansari, with Haji Iqbal Hussain, co-convener Abdul Mateen, and Haji Syed Master Ayub Ali serving as conveners.
Ehtishamuddin Siddiqi, president of Anjuman Ittihad-e-Bahmi Zila Baran, expressed his gratitude to all attendees.
