BJP Leader Urges Hindu Men to Target Muslim Girls with Job Rewards

New Delhi: A video showing former BJP MLA from Uttar Pradesh, Raghvendra Pratap Singh, has sparked outrage after he urged Hindu men to “bring” Muslim girls in exchange for jobs. The video, which quickly went viral, shows the leader addressing a cheering crowd while making the inflammatory remark.

Singh was heard saying, “The Hindu boy who brings a Muslim girl, we will arrange a job for him.” His statement, reported by Maktoob Media, has drawn widespread condemnation for promoting hate and criminal conduct.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh condemned the BJP leader’s comments, calling them a “direct incitement to criminality.” He demanded immediate police action, stating that the law must apply equally. “If a leader publicly urges abduction and forced conversion, the law must follow,” he posted on X. He also questioned the morality behind celebrating such acts, asking, “Which Hindu parent would want their son to be celebrated for abducting a girl?”

Human rights activists in Uttar Pradesh have urged the district administration to file an FIR and ensure protection for Muslim women in the area. They called the incident a hate crime and a threat to public safety.

The video has intensified criticism of selective law enforcement in Yogi Adityanath’s Uttar Pradesh, where state agencies are accused of targeting Muslims while ignoring hate crimes by Hindutva groups.
