Ejaz Ahmed Aslam, Editor-in-Chief of Radiance Viewsweely, New Delhi, said that India has become the first country to land on the south pole of the moon.
Mr. Aslam appreciated the ISRO mission and the scientists associated with it, saying that it was a remarkable feat as no other country has ever achieved such successful landing.
Speaking as Chief Guest at Islamic Information Centre, Ambur, Tamil Nadu on September 10, Mr. Aslam congratulated all the scientists and staff members of ISRO for achieving this success.
The program, the weekly meeting of the Ambur unit of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), was held after Mughrib prayer.
