Congress High Command Mobilizes Efforts to Strengthen INDIA Alliance

4 June 2024: In a significant political development, the Congress high command is on high alert, actively engaging with key regional leaders to solidify the INDIA Alliance for potential coalition government formation. Senior Congress leaders have reached out to Chandra Babu Naidu and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, seeking their collaboration and support.

In Telangana, the Congress high command has entrusted Chief Minister Revanth Reddy with the crucial task of negotiating with Chandra Babu Naidu. Reddy, known for his close association with Naidu, is expected to leverage this relationship to bring Naidu into the fold of the INDIA Alliance.

This strategic move underscores the Congress party’s commitment to fortifying the Opposition alliance ahead of upcoming electoral challenges, aiming to create a formidable coalition to counter the ruling establishment.
