Hyderabad, Sep 9: Dr. Razi-ul-Islam Nadwi, a distinguished Islamic scholar and researcher, recently delivered a thought-provoking lecture at the esteemed Al-Mahad Al-Aali Al-Islami here. The event, which was eagerly attended by a large number of students and faculty members, focused on the crucial topic of “Research Methodology in Islamic Studies.” Dr. Nadwi’s presence was a grand opportunity for the attendees to gain insights from his vast experience and scholarly expertise.
Dr. Nadwi’s visit to Al-Mahad Al-Aali Al-Islami was facilitated by Huzaifa Ansari, who coordinated with Maulana Omar Abideen Qasmi, a key figure at the institution. Al-Mahad Al-Aali Al-Islami, founded in 2000 by Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, President of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, is renowned for its focus on developing specialization in various Islamic sciences. The institute is particularly famous for its Department of Fiqh, attracting students from diverse backgrounds, owing to Maulana Rahmani’s international recognition in Islamic jurisprudence. The institute also offers specialized courses in Quran, Hadith, Comparative Religion, and English language, alongside organizing seminars and symposiums on contemporary issues.
Dr. Nadwi’s lecture on “Research Methodology in Islamic Studies” was a pivotal event for the students and faculty.
