Marking the World Financial Planning Day, the EFS Facilities Services, Dubai, organised an empowering two-day workshop on “Financial Literacy and Money Management,” at the Frontline Workers’ Accommodation in Jebel Ali.
The session aimed to equip the staff members with essential financial knowledge, including the significance of saving, budgeting, safeguarding against financial frauds and scams, and the advantages of safe investing.
EFS Facilities Services is a regional leader in delivering integrated facilities management services across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Türkiye.
Prof Nawab Ali Khan, former Chairman, Department of Commerce and Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, conducted the programme.
Prof Khan said that by organising the workshop as part of the organisation’s Rising Stars Programme, the EFS Facilities Services aims to empower its employees with the skills essential for professional growth and personal development.
He emphasised the importance of financial literacy in today’s dynamic economic environment, underscoring its critical role in achieving both personal and organisational growth.
