Beawar : Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Beawar, with Sadbhav Manch, held an Eid Milan and community feast at Hotel Vikrant on Sunday. Media persons, journalists, and prominent citizens attended.
Dr. Syed Nasir Hassan, Media Secretary of JIH Rajasthan, was the chief guest. He greeted everyone for Eid, explaining it as a joyous reward from Allah after a month of fasting. He said Ramadan teaches self-control, discipline, and avoidance of evil. He added that accountability to God helps control wrong actions.

Dr. Hassan warned against political forces spreading hatred for personal gain. He said communal twists on issues create riots and tension. He urged citizens to spread peace and unity. He also asked media to report truthfully and avoid dividing society.
Dr. Javed Hussain introduced the event. He said Jamaat is a 75-year-old ideological, social, and cultural group. It aims to build a just society under divine values. He said Eid Milan fosters goodwill and brotherhood.
Editor of Dainik Nirantar, Ramprasad Kumawat, said Eid symbolizes Hindu-Muslim unity. He criticized attempts to distract people with topics like Aurangzeb, love jihad, and sharbat jihad. He urged strengthening Sadbhav Manch’s reach.
Govind Sharma, Director of Sky Channel, praised Jamaat’s peace efforts. He said hate-spreaders are few, and communities must condemn wrongs from within. Social worker Ram Punjabi said Sadbhav Manch spreads light like lamps. He said festivals unite people.
Prabhakar Bharti from Youth for Ambedkar said India’s diversity is its strength. Editors Hemant Sahu and Arvind Lal supported the event. Lal said Jesus taught love among all.
Prof. Jalaluddin Kathat said religion means doing duties sincerely. Social workers Pappu Pehalwan, Rajendra Soni, and Ramesh Kathat appreciated the effort. Poet Shayar Kathat urged joint celebration of all festivals. Shamama Bano from Girls Islamic Organisation called for peaceful coexistence.
Ramesh Yadav (Sadbhav Manch) and Mumtaz Ali (JIH) thanked guests and media. The event ended with a feast and kheer enjoyed by all.
