Sikar : Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s Sikar unit held an Eid Milan ceremony at Iqra Public Secondary School, Fatehpur Road. Local Jamaat president Mohammad Arif welcomed guests and spoke on unity through such gatherings.
Social worker Bhanwar Lal Jangid said true unity comes from helping the poor without discrimination. Father David from Emmanuel Mission also highlighted the need for love and harmony in society.
Poets Naseem Tonki and Baldev Jagatpremi impressed the audience with emotional poetry. Speakers like Liyakat Khokar, Shabbir Sayyad, Shabbir Kamal, Dr. Sabir, Omprakash, Advocate Naseer Ahmad, and Advocate Rafiq Gaur stressed promoting social harmony.
Former Jamaat president Usman Gani explained the essence of Eid. He urged replacing hatred with love and strengthening unity.
Participants included Idrish Chauhan, Raza Mohammad, Taufiq Chauhan, Bashir Ahmad, Abrar, Master Idris, Wajid, Bashir, Abdul Hameed, and others. Zakir Hussain anchored the event.
