The Eid Milan Program organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Delhi Women’s Wing in Noida highlights the essence of unity, harmony, and empowerment. Eid al-Fitr, a day of joy, is not only a blessing from Allah but also symbolizes unity and harmony. This auspicious day prompts Muslims to share their happiness with others, including the rich and the poor, neighbors, relatives, and the underprivileged.
In her concluding address, Nuzhat Yasmin, Zonal Secretary of JIH Delhi Women’s Wing stressed the significance of unity and brotherhood. She urged attendees to extend a helping hand to the needy and deserving, thereby alleviating the suffering of distressed hearts and promoting social welfare. She emphasized that true Eid celebrations involve reaching out to the less fortunate, following the example set by our predecessors.
Earlier, welcoming the delegates, Dr. Fatima Tanveer, Media Secretary of JIH Delhi Women’s Wing emphasized the importance of spreading justice and peace locally and globally, and eradicating falsehood and biases. She also highlighted the duty of Muslims towards social service, echoing the principles of Islam and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
The program also featured an open session where women participants shared their thoughts on the importance of fasting during Ramadan and the significance of Eid. The atmosphere was friendly and warm, with participants exchanging Eid greetings in a spirit of camaraderie.
Uzma Ausaf, Assistant Media Secretary, expressed gratitude and managed the organization of the program.
The event exemplified the spirit of compassion, unity, and service, resonating with the teachings of Islam and fostering a sense of community among participants.
