Farewell Ceremony for Hajj Pilgrims Held in Kundamangalam

Kundamangalam, May 17: In a heartfelt ceremony, the Jamaat-e-Islami Area Committee organized a farewell for the pilgrims embarking on the sacred Hajj journey. The event, marked by emotional and spiritual significance, saw Rahmathunnissa A., National Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, present to offer her blessings and present gifts to the departing pilgrims.

The ceremony was chaired by Subair Kundamangalam, the Area Vice President, who ensured the smooth conduct of the event. P.P. Abdul Khader delivered an inspiring Hajj message, highlighting the spiritual importance and the transformative experience of undertaking the pilgrimage.

Prominent community leaders and members, including M. Sibathulla, President of Masjidul Ihsan Mahal Committee; E.P. Liaqat Ali; M.M. Abdul Khader; Saud Beebi; Tauheed Anwar; Zakina; Ayisha; Subaida; N.K. Koya; and N.K. Ayisha, also addressed the gathering. Their speeches were filled with prayers and good wishes for the pilgrims.

The ceremony began with a soulful recitation by M.P. Fasial, setting a reverent tone for the event. N.K. Hussain, the Area Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami, delivered a warm welcome address, expressing the community’s support and prayers for the pilgrims. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and closing remarks by K. Farsana, the Women’s Area Convener, who emphasized the collective prayers and best wishes from the community for a safe and spiritually fulfilling journey.
