According to a statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the government has implemented enhanced systems for transportation, healthcare, accommodation, and crowd management. The Ministry emphasized the integration of cutting-edge technologies and smart solutions to assist pilgrims at every step of their journey.
The authorities stated that coordination with various sectors, including health, security, and civil defense, is at its peak. Health protocols and emergency response systems have been fine-tuned to address any potential challenges, especially with extreme weather conditions expected during the pilgrimage season.
Saudi Arabia has also improved multilingual services, launched advanced mobile applications for guidance, and boosted volunteer engagement to ensure pilgrims from across the world feel welcomed and well-assisted throughout the rituals.
