Aligarh: AMU Girls’ School organised an informative lecture on health and wellness on December 7. Dr. Shariq Aqil, Chief Medical Officer of University Health Service, delivered the lecture. The session took place during the morning assembly and was attended by Principal Mrs. Amna Malik, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students.
Dr. Shariq Aqil emphasised the significance of health and hygiene and shared insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He highlighted the benefits of physical, mental, and social well-being, stressing that good health enhances focus, determination, and overall happiness.
During the lecture, Dr. Shariq also provided practical advice on physical fitness and safe mobile phone usage, encouraging students to adopt good habits for a balanced life.
