Patna: Imarat-e-Shariah, Bihar, Orissa, and Jharkhand, has launched an awareness campaign to safeguard Waqf properties following the introduction of the contentious Waqf Amendment Bill in Parliament. As part of this initiative, individuals are being urged to register their Waqf properties with the Waqf Board. The organisation has conducted numerous workshops and activities, both large and small, to highlight the significance of these community assets, yielding promising results.
Fahad Rahmani, CEO of Rahmani 30, organised a special event to motivate and encourage young participants in the campaign to protect Waqf properties. During the event, he welcomed the attendees, prayed for their success, and commended the efforts of Maulana Gohar Imam Sahib and Qazi Wasi in uniting the youth for this cause. Rahmani emphasised Ameer Shariat’s call to register Waqf assets with the Board, noting that such registration would streamline processes and reduce complications for stakeholders.
