Vijayawada: The Telugu Christian Aikya Vedika and the Interfaith Commission Secretary, Father Kondaviti Ananthayya, organised a meeting at the Bishop House here. The discussion focused on “Current Situations, the Spirit of the Constitution, and the Role of Religious Scholars.”
Presided over by Father Antony Das, head of the Telugu Interfaith Commission, the session was attended by Mr. M.D. Kareemuddin, State General Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind; Mr. Mushahid Baig, Secretary for National Affairs; Mr. Mohiyuddin, Coordinator of Dharmika Jana Morcha Telangana; and Mr. Mahmood Sharif (TS).
In his presidential remarks, Father Antony Das expressed his readiness to collaborate with interfaith and harmony platforms such as Dharmika Satsang Vedika and Sadbhavana Manch to further the cause of peace, brotherhood, and communal harmony in the state and the region.
