There are two ways to identify someone as a thief. One is that we must have seen him steal or the court must have declared him a thief.
The other is that we do not have to have seen him steal. The court does not even have to declare him a thief. However, he can be a thief. We repeatedly say that he is a thief. We create such narratives. We continuously spread this news from mouth to mouth. In this way, we can slowly transform him into a thief.
This is what Israel and the Western world are currently doing. Israeli President Netanyahu’s recent statement that Iran wants to have nuclear weapons is not the first. Israeli presidents and politicians have been making such statements since the 1980s. Israeli Prime Minister Olmert made a similar statement in 2015. Netanyahu, who was Prime Minister in 2018, repeated the same statement. Lapid, who was Prime Minister in 2022, made the same statement once again. This was the reason why Israel attacked Iran on October 26, 2024. This is the reason why Netanyahu attacked Iran on June 13, 2025.
By the way, every six months or every three months, some Israeli politician or president or prime minister has been making such a statement. The western media discusses the same statement. They write articles for pages. The American president speaks. Thus, the world discusses the story that Israel creates and portrays Iran as the villain.
You know, if there is one country that signed the United Nations Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, or NPT, in the early days, it is Iran. Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty on July 1, 1968. The Iranian parliament ratified it in 1970. Not only that, the International Atomic Energy Agency or IAEA is also continuously inspecting Iranian nuclear facilities. The last IAEA inspection was on May 31, 2025. It said that Iran had 60 percent uranium enrichment. But two weeks after this statement, Israel attacked Iran on the pretext of the same nuclear weapons.
Let me tell you one more thing.
The United States attacked Saddam Hussein’s Iraq on March 19, 2003, claiming that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Thousands of people were killed in this attack, which was called Operation Iraqi Freedom. This attack was led by US President George W. Bush. But after Iraq was destroyed, another report came. The report said that Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction. But by then, America had taken control of Iraq. It had put whoever it wanted in power.
But this accusation was not levelled against Iraq all at once. There were dozens of speeches between 1988 and 2003. Hundreds of articles were published in the Western media claiming that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. Politicians made such statements. The US intelligence service leaked story after story to the media. Before attacking Iraq, in 2003, US Secretary of State Colin Powell gave a speech at the United Nations Security Council. He uttered the word weapons of mass destruction 17 times in the meeting. On this occasion, Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice and Tony Blair of the US and Britain made similar statements. Before this, in 2002, the US intelligence service presented a report on weapons of mass destruction. It was published by various newspapers around the world. After that, the US attacked Iraq.
Having said all this, you may have a question. So, has Israel signed the NPT? Is the IAEA team conducting inspections in Israel? Are the US presidents or the presidents and politicians of western countries making statements that Israel is manufacturing nuclear weapons?
Here’s the interesting part. The truth is that Israel has not yet signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Therefore, IAEA officials do not even conduct inspections there regarding nuclear weapons.
According to the rules of the United Nations, all countries have the right to process uranium. Uranium can be processed for peaceful purposes. But according to Israel, Iran cannot do that. What else is there to argue about? Despite all this, the world is saying that Iran is guilty. The western media is portraying Iran as dangerous. If Iran, which has no nuclear weapons, is dangerous, then no one is answering the question of why Israel, which has nuclear weapons since 1976, is not dangerous. Instead, false arguments are being made by showing Iran’s Khomeini, its hijab, and its religiosity. This is nothing but a western strategy.

When Hamas attacked Israel, Prime Minister Netanyahu put forward an argument. He said that the right to self-defence is always open to Israel. Saying so, he killed 55,000 people in Gaza. Now, Israel attacked Iran first. So, should Iran have the right to self-defence? But Israel is not accepting that. Iran should not attack it, and if it does, it is threatening to attack it even more. By the way, America, which stood for Israel’s self-defence in the Gaza issue, should have stood for Iran now. But it is still standing for Israel. So, they are all playing a game. They are distributing justice as they see fit. That is why Iran should win this war. Israel should lose. Although it is true that no one wins in war, the need of the hour is to defeat Israel as a lesson to the powerful forces that always say injustice is justice.
