Hyderabad, August 14: Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) successfully organized a comprehensive two-day CIO Mentor’s Training Program at JIH Telangana Headquarters here on August 10 and 11. The program, which aimed at equipping mentors with advanced skills and knowledge, was led by S. Ameenul Hasan, Vice President of JIH.
The event featured an array of esteemed speakers who shared their insights on various aspects of mentorship and organizational development. Among the key speakers were Syed Tanveer Ahmed and Mohd. Atiqur Rahman, both Secretaries of JIH, who emphasized the importance of mentorship in the growth of the organization. Dr. Mohammed Khalid Mubasher Uz Zafar, the State President of JIH Telangana, also addressed the gathering, highlighting the role of JIH in shaping leaders within the community.
Khan Mubashsharah Firdous, Assistant Secretary of the CIO, provided practical training on mentoring techniques, while Nazneen Sadat and Nasreen Shakir, along with other distinguished personalities, contributed to the program with their valuable perspectives. The event underscored JIH’s commitment to fostering leadership and enhancing the effectiveness of its mentors across Telangana.
