2 August 2024: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has commenced the admission process for its distance and online programs through the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). Online application forms are available from August 1 on the official website, jmicoe.in, with the submission deadline set for August 31, as per a report by the Indian Express.
Prospective students can choose from a variety of postgraduate and undergraduate programs offered in dual mode, encompassing both online and distance learning. The postgraduate offerings include MA programs in Education, English, Geography, Hindi, History, HRM, Islamic Studies, Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, Urdu, and M.Com. Undergraduate options feature BA (General), BBA, BCom, and BCIBF.
Admission to the MBA program requires an entrance test, scheduled for September 15. The verification of documents and payment of fees will begin on September 17, with the entire admission process needing to be completed by September 29.
Candidates interested in the Bachelor of Education (BEd) program should note that admission details will be announced later, pending UGC-DEB guidelines.
