Hyderabad, March 28: JIH Hyderabad City hosted an iftar get-together with media personalities at Kholanis Restaurant, Banjara Hills here Wednesday.
Around 85 media persons attended the program, representing various mainstream media outlets, TV channels, newspapers, and influencers. Among the attendees were Managing Directors, Editors, Bureau Chiefs, City Bureau members, and Senior Reporters.
Speakers at the event included Mohammed Imran, former Editor of Spot News, and Nazim-e-Zilla Rajahmundry JIH AP, who served as the Chief Guest Speaker. Dr. Mubashir Ahmed and Shariff Tajuddin, JIH Hyderabad City President and Media Secretary respectively, also addressed the gathering.
Mohammad Imran highlighted the significance of Ramadan, emphasizing the Holy Quran as the ultimate guide for mankind, teaching the oneness of God and universal brotherhood.
Shariff Tajuddin underscored the importance of iftar get-togethers with media personalities, stressing how Ramadan promotes communal harmony and brotherhood. He mentioned Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s efforts to foster brotherhood by organizing such events with diverse communities.
Dr. Mubashir Ahmed engaged in open interactive sessions with media persons, addressing various questions and urging them to play a vital role in ensuring justice for all, regardless of caste or creed. He called for collective efforts towards building a better society and fighting against injustice.
Tareeq Muneer, City PR Secretary of JIH Hyderabad, elaborated on the organization’s activities dedicated to the betterment of society.
