JIH Maharashtra Organises Tarbiyati Ijtema-e-Aam

Bhokardan: A one-day Tarbiyati Ijtema-e-Aam was organised at the Badi Jama Masjid here Sunday, bringing together members and workers of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind from various towns, including Bhokardan, Jafrabad, Dhawda, Tembhurni, Swasgaon, Kedarkheda, Danapur, and Rajur. The event aimed to strengthen the understanding of Islam and promote its true message.

Delivering the keynote address, Mohammad Zafar Ansari, Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Maharashtra, urged attendees to instil Allah’s love in their hearts and prioritise working for the cause of Islam, starting from their homes. He emphasised the need for self-reform by eliminating inner evils and weaknesses and sincerely practising Islamic principles to effectively convey its teachings to others.

In her address on Contribution of Women in Building an Islamic Society, Madina Ansari, District President of Thane Women’s Unit, highlighted the pivotal role of women in creating a virtuous society. She called on women to adhere to Islamic principles and provide proper upbringing to their families and children, emphasising that this is key to building a morally strong community.

Besides the guest speakers, the event was graced by several prominent personalities, including Syed Shakir (District JIH President, Jalna), Siddiqui Abdul Quddus (Member, Jalna) and Mumtaz Khan (JIH President, Jafrabad).

The event witnessed good participation from JIH cadre both men and women.
