Jaipur, May 28: The HRD department of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) Rajasthan organized a comprehensive two-day workshop titled “Train the Trainers Workshop for Career Guidance” at the Islamic Centre here.
The workshop commenced with an insightful session by Professor Sushila Parmar from the Department of Psychology, Rajasthan University, who provided expert guidance on career counseling methods.
On the same day, Faizi Rahman, a counselor from the Centre for Training and Academic Guidance (CTAG) New Delhi, delivered a session on important competitive exams available after the 12th grade. Muhammad Abid Khan offered guidance on course options after the 10th grade, while Dr. Syed Nasir Hasan elaborated on the arts, commerce, and science streams available after the 12th grade. The day concluded with an interactive group discussion where participants from four different groups deliberated on the topics covered.
The second day opened with an online practical exercise led by Faizi Rahman, focusing on research methods for career guidance information. Rahman also conducted a session on “How to Become a Good Career Guide?” Dr. Syed Nasir Hasan provided valuable insights on developing presentation skills.
The workshop featured an open session for questions and discussions, during which participants expressed their needs for further technical workshops and suggested future topics. The event concluded with closing remarks from JIH State General Secretary Shahid Khan, bringing the successful workshop to an end.
