JIH Vice President Salim Engineer Calls for Communal Harmony and Peace in 2025

New Delhi: As the world steps into 2025, Prof. Salim Engineer, Vice President of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), extended heartfelt New Year greetings, wishing prosperity, progress, and well-being for all. In a message filled with hope and determination, he emphasised the need for collective efforts to foster love, harmony, mutual trust, and dialogue across the nation.

Prof. Salim Engineer expressed his aspirations for the establishment of lasting peace in every corner of the country, particularly in conflict-affected regions like Manipur. He urged individuals to take personal responsibility and work towards eradicating injustice, oppression, and exploitation, while ensuring the dignity and respect of every citizen.

Highlighting the importance of moral values, equality, and cooperation, he encouraged everyone to contribute to making the nation a beacon of peace, progress, and prosperity. He also extended prayers for global peace, calling for an end to the ongoing conflicts, including the Russia-Ukraine war and the atrocities in Palestine.

“The people of Palestine deserve their rightful justice, and we must work together for their freedom and dignity,” he stated.
