JUH(M) Provides ₹5 Lakh Assistance to Bereaved Families in Sambhal

New Delhi: A delegation from Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind(M) visited Sambhal today to extend support to the families of those who tragically lost their lives in recent incidents of police firing. During the visit, the delegation expressed deep condolences and solidarity with the bereaved families, providing financial assistance of ₹5 lakh to each affected household. They assured the families that the sacrifices of their loved ones would not be forgotten and reaffirmed their commitment to pursuing justice for the victims.

The Jamiat delegation also pledged ongoing support for Sambhal’s vulnerable communities, offering legal aid to safeguard the Jama Masjid and advocating for the release of innocent detainees.

Family representatives present at the meeting included Mohammad Adnan, son of late Mohammad Ruman Khan; Mohammad Tasleem, brother of late Mohammad Naeem; Mohammad Hasan, father of late Mohammad Kaif; Mohammad Hanif, father of late Mohammad Bilal; and mother of Mohammad Ayan.

The delegation, led by JUH General Secretary Maulana Hakimuddin Qasmi and State Deeni Taalimi Board President Mufti Mohammad Syed Afan Mansoorpuri, faced resistance from local police, who attempted to block their visit. Maulana Hakimuddin Qasmi condemned the obstruction, emphasising that no one has the right to hinder efforts to assist victims. Mufti Mansoorpuri highlighted Jamiat’s dedication to supporting the oppressed and standing against injustice.
