Kar Le Tauba is a soulful Nasheed by the Nasheed Studio. It is a stronger reminder to seek forgiveness and mend one’s ways to please Allah.
The very first couplet of the Nasheed reminds one and all about Aakhirat, the Day of Judgement.
Karle Tauba Saans Thamne Se Pehle
Tayyari Kar Aakhirat Ki Marne Se Pehle
The theme of this Nasheed is based on Ayat number 6 of Surah Al-Infitar which translates as ‘O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous.’
This Nasheed asks why people are not going towards Allah. It conveys a simple but strong message that Allah forgives one who seeks His forgiveness before the last breath. It urges the followers to seek forgiveness before one’s death as no one knows when death comes to him or her. It asks to prepare for the life after death where everyone has to answer about all one’s deeds.
This Nasheed is a four-minute story that starts in a flashback. The main character is played by SJ Siddique who thinks of his past life when he was not a practicing Muslim. He gets a cardiac arrest but survives. During this troubled time, he seeks Tauba (forgiveness) and thus starts practicing Islam in its true spirit. The other character is played by Khalid Niyazi.
The lyrics penned by Salahuddin Ahmad have many strong messages. One line says, Samajh Kalme Ka Matlab Aakhri Kalme Se Pehle, asking the believers to know the true meaning of Islamic motto before uttering the last word.
The scenes are shot at different locations as per the need of the story like a hospital, graveyard, cafe, joggers park and finally the home. It has the quite soothing voice of the Khan Bros which has been composed by Khan Bros and Sez Khan. This video story has been directed by Salahuddin Ahmad and cinematography is done by Salman Hussain. Tanisha Dutta worked as Asst. Director in the project.
This Nasheed is quite good to satisfy the lurking urge of all believers.
