Wimberlygunj, Andamans, Jan. 8: The Students Islamic Organization-Andaman Unit hosted the second edition of the talent show KHWAB 2k24 at the Crescent Public School here Sunday. The festival was a competition-based event that displayed a wide range of artistic brilliance. Following the incredible success of the maiden edition, KHWAB 2K23, which took place on January 1, 2023, last year’s event stands as an affirmation of the dedication of young talents and SIO’s vision.
KHWAB 2K23 had an impressive turnout of over 270 students from more than 15 highly regarded institutions across the region. These aspiring artists amazed the audiences and left an unforgettable impact with their originality and passion in the fields of art, literature, creativity, and critical thinking.
The second edition of KHWAB 2k24 comprised three age groups: sub-juniors, juniors, and seniors who competed against students from various schools. While the sub-juniors and juniors competed in fun-filled activities such as painting solo songs, essay writing, and picture identification, the seniors competed in Arabic/English calligraphy, poster making, essay writing, and spelling bees.
More than 250 students showcased their talents at the festival.
