Lokur, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Justice (Rtd.) Ajit P. Shah, Former Chief Justice of Delhi High Court; and Mr. N. Ram, Senior Journalist and former Editor-in-Chief of The Hindu, have penned a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
