Lucknow: A meeting was held by the educational board of Majlis-e-Taleemi Rabta Madaris on the collective exams for affiliated madrasas. The meeting was chaired by Hazrat Maulana Abdul Azeez Nadwi, Vice President of Rabta Madaris, with other members and teachers from different madrasas in attendance.
The meeting focused on the upcoming examinations for 2024, scheduled for April 2nd 2025. The exams would be conducted at ten centers across the two states. The aim is to maintain a uniform standard of religious education across all affiliated madrasas and ensure that the curriculum is being properly followed.
The meeting also discussed ways to strengthen the syllabus and the implementation of teaching methods in madrasas. Scholars emphasized the importance of students being well-prepared not only in religious subjects but also in contemporary education. It was also highlighted that the examination results would be used to gauge the success of the educational system in these madrasas.
Maulana Ahmad Siddiqui Nadwi spoke about the need to upgrade the syllabus to better meet modern challenges while keeping the core religious studies intact. Preparations for collective examinations in both provinces were reviewed, and steps were taken to ensure their smooth conduct.
Maulana Abdul Azeez Nadwi, in his concluding remarks, expressed his satisfaction with the progress made in the meeting. He stressed that the students’ progress and development should be the top priority of Rabta Madaris and that these examinations were a vital part of that process. He also urged teachers to guide students properly in their studies, preparing them both academically and morally.
