The SIO actively engaged participants by distributing invitation posters, creating an atmosphere of awareness and collaboration. Registration witnessed widespread participation, with students showcasing their talents. These students, ranging from poets to orators, were chosen to articulate the narratives and experiences of the Palestinian people through various forms of artistic expression.

Out of the enthusiastic pool of participants, 15 students were selected based on their unique talents, contributing to a diverse and impactful program. They captivated the audience with their powerful voices, shedding light on the struggles and resilience of the Palestinian people.

The heart of the event was the exhibition, where poignant photographs and posters were showcased, shedding light on the historical and contemporary challenges faced by Palestinians in their quest for justice and freedom. Visual elements served not only as a testament to the resilience of the Palestinian community but also as a catalyst for dialogue and awareness within the university.

In essence, the open mic and exhibition became a catalyst for dialogue, empathy, and solidarity. By merging art and activism, the open mic and exhibition became a platform for expression, education, and empathy.
