New Delhi: The Markazi Taleemi Board (MBT) of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind recently organised an online parents’ meeting for the guardians of students enrolled in its Online Islamiyat Deeni Maktab. A large number of parents and guardians participated in the meeting.
On this occasion, the guest speaker Mr. Asifuddin, Chairman, Wisdom PU College of Science, Bidar (Karnataka), delivered a talk on “The Role of Parents in Children’s Education.” In his address, he emphasised that parents play a crucial role in the proper education and upbringing of children. He urged parents to actively participate in their children’s learning process and to create a home environment that makes it easier for children to practise the moral and religious values they learn.
During the meeting, parents appreciated the efforts of MTB and the teachers, stating that the educators are teaching the children with love, care, and dedication, and are striving to provide both conceptual understanding and practical learning. The parents also shared their valuable suggestions and constructive feedback for further improvement.
At the end of the meeting, the organisers requested parents to introduce this educational platform to their relatives and friends so that more children can benefit from it. The participants were also assured that their suggestions would be carefully considered.
