Markazi Talimi Board MH completes MH TET lecture series

Nearly 5,000 teachers and students benefited from the event

The MahaTET Online Guidance Lecture Series 2025, jointly organised by Markazi Talimi Board Maharashtra and Afsari Education Society, concluded successfully with an average participation of nearly 5,000 teachers and students. The series stood out for its high-quality lectures and its exemplary model of educational social service.

The concluding session, held on Nov. 22, featured the impactful and heartfelt closing remarks by Maulana Ilyas Khan Falahi, President of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Maharashtra and Supervisor of Markazi Talimi Board Maharashtra (MTB-MH).

In his address, he emphasised that “a teacher must always remain prepared for every examination, and the continuous enhancement of one’s competence and skills is the true identity of an excellent educator.”

The series proved particularly beneficial for candidates from remote and rural regions, offering them guidance, motivation, and access to expert instruction that might otherwise be out of reach.

Designed under the structured planning of MTB-MH, the 30-lecture series focused on strengthening academic and practical readiness, enhancing psychological resilience, encouraging ethical motivation, and providing clear guidance toward employment opportunities.

To ensure equitable access, the entire programme was offered free of cost, enabling even economically disadvantaged students to benefit fully.

The success of the series was further enriched by the contributions of renowned teachers and trainers from across the state and the country. These experts shared their knowledge generously and addressed participants’ questions with clarity and depth. Prominent contributors included Iqbal Ansari (TET Expert), Prof. Shujauddin (Delhi), Waseem Abdul Sattar (Mumbai), Syed Irshad Ali (Aurangabad), Waseem Patel, Muhammad Bilal (Jalna), Muhammad Sufiyan, Ateeq Ansari, Syed Tafheemuddin, Adil Hashmi, Dr. Muneeb Hanafi, Al-Nasir Abdul Samad, Sheikh Shakir, Syed Salman, and several other esteemed educators.

The professional presentation of the series, including flyers, banners, and Zoom session coordination, owed much to the dedicated technical support provided by Ansari Tanveer Ahmed, Mumbai.

Similarly, Coordinator Khan Ilyas Dawood, Mumbai, played a crucial role by handling hundreds of participant calls with exceptional courtesy, patience, and commitment – an effort that became one of the strong pillars of the programme’s success.

This educational initiative has been warmly appreciated by academic and literary circles across Maharashtra.

On this occasion, Chairman of MTB-MH, Syed Aziz Mohiuddin, and Secretary Syed Sharif extended their congratulations to the entire team, trainers, and organisers. They described the programme as a shining example of “education-oriented social service at its finest.”
